Pequignet is a very special watch brand. The company is not only creating luxury watches equipped with swiss mouvement but also suggesting timepieces powered by in-house calibers!

 

Pequignet is the only watch Manufacture being in France.

Meaning that this House has created from scratch their own mouvement. It is named "Calibre Royal" and it is a real technical feat!

Indeed the "Calibre Royal", created in 2011, is about 279 industrial plans and 150 tools resulting in the filing of 8 international patents. With its 318 components, it is the first French-made mechanism to integrate its watchmaking complications on the same plate: time, day and date, small second, power reserve indication and moon phase!

 

After the calibre Royal, 3 other movements have been created :

the manual calibre Royal, the calibre Initial and the calibre Royal Tourbillon!
